Hair is selected and sorted according to texture, color, length and product requirements before production.

Color Matching

Colors are checked against approved references to support consistent shades, highlights, rooted effects and blended tones.

Base & Construction Check

Base size, material, lace, mono, PU, wefts and other construction details are checked against the confirmed specification.

Ventilation & Density Check

Hair distribution, density, parting and ventilation are reviewed to support a natural appearance and balanced construction.

Fit & Finishing Check

The finished product is checked for shape, length, styling, attachment points and overall presentation.

Final Inspection

Before shipment, products are visually inspected against confirmed order requirements for workmanship, color, construction and overall consistency.

Repeat-Order Consistency

For repeat orders, confirmed product specifications and approved references can be used as production benchmarks to help reduce variation between batches.
